Adam grew up on Lake Minnetonka, giving him a firsthand perspective on what unchecked lake weed growth does to a waterfront. The accessibility lost to thick growth, the functionality stripped away from docks and swimming areas. He was driven to change that.

After working in the aquatic weed removal industry, Adam recognized a gap that nobody was filling. The market produced results, but at a price point that put professional service out of reach for the average lake owner. So he did it himself. He founded Premier Lake Harvesting around a simple but bold idea: that efficiency, affordability, and high-quality results don't have to be mutually exclusive.

Over a decade later, that founding vision still drives everything at Premier, from the equipment and methods the team uses to the standard of service clients have come to expect. Adam built this company from the ground up, and his hands-on approach and commitment to doing things the right way remain at the core of everything Premier stands for.

Dominic has been with Premier Lake Harvesting for eight years, working his way through every corner of the business before stepping into his current role overseeing sales, marketing, client relations, and day-to-day operations.

A love for the water came early for Dominic: trips into the Boundary Waters, Apostle Island hopping, kayaking down rivers, and summers at northern Minnesota cabins. Finding a career on the lakes wasn't a stretch, it was simply the most natural thing to follow.

What keeps him energized is the incredible clients, the talented team, and the ongoing chance to learn about the ecosystems they work to protect. Nobody understands Minnesota summers quite like someone who grew up chasing them.

As General Manager, Luke is the driving force behind Premier's dive operations. He trains, manages, and leads the scuba dive crews day in and day out, setting the standard for quality, safety, and professionalism on every lake they service. With over 12 years of hands-on lake weed removal experience dating back to 2014, Luke brings a depth of knowledge to his role that's hard to match.

Luke is passionate about working in and around Minnesota's lakes, whether that means close-up wildlife encounters beneath the surface or building a team he's genuinely proud of. Away from work, he can be found fishing, hunting, hiking, foraging, or competing in sports. Most at home outside, and like any true Minnesotan, he only wishes the summers lasted a little longer.
